About the Prints

The fine art prints I make are known as giclée prints, made with acid-free fine art papers and archival pigment inks- resulting in gallery quality art pieces. With this quality standard the colours should be rich and strong for hundreds of years, but like any artwork if you want to keep it at its very best display them out of direct sunlight and protected in a frame.
I create my prints in three main sizes: Small (A4), Medium (A3), and Large (A2+, 17"x24"). The image below shows how the sizes compare.

About Your Order

There are ongoing intermittent strikes at Royal Mail, so while things are generally being sent as normal sometimes there will be a few days extra delay if industrial action interrupts your delivery. For more details on the strike dates (they are constantly changing) please see https://www.royalmail.com/latest-news

Smaller prints are sent to you flat in protective card packaging, and larger prints are gently rolled in a print box. If you order a few prints in different sizes I might send them in separate packages, so that they are all packed as safely as possible.

Rolled prints can be left to settle flat naturally after unpacking, or framed directly. I roll the prints loosely and gently so they aren't damaged- please avoid rolling them more tightly or unevenly, as this can leave marks and creases on the print.

If you are overseas your order may be charged with customs charges, taxes and/or handling fees by your own country's customs authorities. As a small independent business I don't have the resources to register for taxes and duties internationally, so unfortunately these charges are your responsibility. Please look out for notifications from your own delivery agency, since unpaid fees can result in your order never reaching you or being returned.

If you have any issues or questions about your order, you can email David directly at hello@davidfleck.co.uk , or use the contact page to send a message.

If your prints arrive to you damaged and you’d like to replace them, then please get in touch as soon as possible with photos of the damage so replacements can be arranged.

If for whatever reason you’d like to return your prints then please get in touch as soon as possible. Orders can be refunded for up to 30 days after your purchase, and your refund will include the original postage cost, however the return postage cost won't be covered.
